Re-fashioning Your Family and Home for the Holidays with Peyton & Parker

I don’t know about you but I LOVE to re-style my home every season and holiday. It freshens up the look, and is one of my favorite ways to celebrate the everyday! Admittedly, it’s terribly easy to be tempted every season to add to my holiday collections. But alas, I live in NY where space is limited and funds are well, limited too! So I either have to love it with all my heart and/or it has to be an irresistible deal! That’s why when I heard about JCPenney’s newly launched Peyton and Parker collection, my ears perked up! With all their affordable prices, I can (we can) all totally makeover our families AND homes this holiday season!

Pictured above are some of my favorite picks! Isn’t the coordinated collection SO CUTE! As you can see, the mix and match line includes items for the whole family and home while highlighting some of the latest trends (can you say mad for plaid??) People are going to love it for being classic and approachable with great price points!

A plaid woman’s shirt for instance currently runs under $20 with their current coupon sale. And orders over $99 come with free shipping!

That’s something to cheer about, isn’t it??
The more I studied the collection while at the MomTrends and Parents Magazine event, the more I realized that there were some amazing mommy and me finds here. And you KNOW I love that!

Aren’t these just the most adorable sets? I’m thinking these would make the perfect family holiday card outfits. What do you think? Click here for my 4 Dos and Don’ts when choosing what to wear for a photo shoot. You DON’T want to be listed on that viral, awkward family photo site.

I just love that Peyton & Parker is all about family. The brand promotes putting family first and enjoying them to the fullest. And if you know, me I’m all about making memories with the ones I love and celebrating everyday. What’s your favorite item from this collection?

Thanks to MomTrends and Parents Magazine for the wonderful event and to all the fellow bloggers who made the event so fun!

This is a sponsored post but as always, all opinions expressed are my own.

Encourage guests to dress in theme and I promise, your pictures will really pop! If you have stylish friends like I do, it’ll be welcomed as a fun challenge. I love my friends. They’re always up for a fun fashion theme!

Even the hats were custom-made to match the decor with a giant crepe camellia. Thanks to Roniesia from
Other fashionable details included pearl napkin holders that doubled as favors and quilted chain purses that doubled as favors and chair decor.
And what about these amazing Chanel stickers that I nabbed at the

They’re toppers so you add them with a little frosting (glue) to whatever cupcakes you want. Juliet and I had so much fun baking them the night before her party and then felt like professionals presenting them with these amazing toppers. Prettiest cupcakes ever!
And then there was the cake. What sort of birthday would it be without cake? It’s the star of the table and as elegantly made as this was, it surely did shine!
Knowing that Juliet did not want any black on her cake, I opted for a black and white cake stand (a Sephora box turned upside down). And I asked
Is this not the prettiest cake? Inside was white cake with baby pink frosting to match the decor. Thank you to all the vendors who participated in exchange for promotion. The party would not have been the same without you!
