Style Diary: One White BCBG Blouse, Worn 3 Ways

I love my BCBG Bow blouse. It’s convertible! It has a bit of a peplum waist and a long bow tie that you can wear on or off. See here for how I’ve worn it in the past.  It’s also great for work – see below for a couple of work outfits.  (nine west shoes, Chanel purse, Charlotte Russe skirt)

Above, the shirt is worn tucked in with a feminine pair of shorts that I found while traveling through Thailand.  I love the vintage feel and the fact that no one else will have one like it in the States!

Style Diary: Leopard dress

I’m watching “What Not to Wear” and enjoying all the makeovers.  I love a good transformation.

So many times leopard is featured as a don’t.  But it’s not a general rule.  Leopard can be chic if done right.  I think it’s all in the fabric, and amount shown.  Little touches of leopard can be fun and fabulous and dresses with the right scale and fabric can be very stylish.  See here for my style diary entry with one of my leopard dresses.

Here’s another leopard dress of mine, this time with more of a metallic finish. I love it because it has pockets!  This is what I wore to work.
