Chanel Le Rouge Pop-Up
We’ve attended the past 2 Chanel popups in New York City and just hosted a CCno.5 themed 5th birthday party so of course, we HAD to see the latest Chanel pop-up titled, “Le Rouge”! Located on 5 East 57th street, it was an all-red pop-up that highlighted Coco’s quintessential red lipstick, “Rouge Allure.” Other limited edition products like the Chanel no5 Parfum in a giant red Baccarat crystal bottle (for $30,000) also drew all sorts of Coco connoisseurs and collectors alike.

As expected with all pop-ups, this one offered tons of vibrant backdrops.
Selfies could be taken on every picturesque wall and corner and a perfume runway area brought out the wannabe models in all of us.

The Chanel pop-up featured a lip lounge where a makeup artist would help select the perfect shade of red. (Juliet loved this and chose a pinkish sparkly red gloss to wear).
A fragrance bar allowed for a fun fragrance test in a cafe-like setting, a holiday shop offered complimentary gift wrapping and holiday cards, and a supersized Le Rouge compact was specially created to feature dozens of eye, lip and nail beauty items sure to be on every fashionista’s wishlist. ($1500) Be still my heart!!

Special events within the space included red manis with nail artist, Madeline Poole, makeovers from Chanel celeb artist, Kate Lee and Fulvia Farolfi plus calligraphy lessons, numerology sessions, and lip readings.
Le Rouge ran from December 7 to December 23 at 5 E. 57th Street.
