Instagramable Pink Cafe in Las Vegas
They had me at pink and at Chanel coffee. You guys, there is a new, Instagramable pink cafe, called Mrs. Coco just 25-35 minutes from the Vegas strip (depending where on the strip you’re starting from). I checked it out this past weekend and am now dreaming of hosting a future party in their perfectly girly space! Mrs. Coco is an indoor /outdoor cafe that is so pretty in pink, you’ll want to call all your friends to let them know! 
After having just opened by Lake Las Vegas a little over a year ago, I saw this place on Instagram (where I learn about everything these days) and immediately added it to my Las Vegas bucketlist.
Try the designer cappuccino, fruity waffles or the Nutella /banana crepe for a decadent start to your day. Or try one of their photogenic, “candy cloud champagnes” and get the delicious lox and bagel; both are so beautifully presented.
If you look closely, around the room, you’ll notice how the owner loves fashion as much as I do. Everything from the designer book centerpieces, to the artwork on the walls, to the bathroom decor even sang fashionista.

TIP with its limited seating and bookings for special events, it is highly recommended that you call ahead for a reservation. If you want to ensure you’ll get pics without lots of people in the background, book the earliest (9am) time slot and arrive early, get your shots first and then order/sit down.

I SO relate to this book coming from a small town myself and having grown up watching the fashion shows on TV always yearning for a bigger more cosmopolitan city. So it is with great nostalgia that I share reading sessions with this book in hand because it sparks conversations of how life in the NYC is so different than much of the rest of the world. 
And it also brings us back to the time when we met the author of this book, the creator of these fashion icon cookies and other plush items, KahriAnne Kerr. What an honor it was for Juliet to meet a real fashion designer (her future dream job haha)
This was gifted to us by a fellow fashionista and it became Juliet’s favorite book as a toddler. With its catchy rhymes and glittery pages, I could see why! My daughter even memorized the words to the entire book at age 3 and there are actually a lot of pages jam-packed into this one board book! So you can imagine how many times she had asked to have me read this to her haha
See what stepping into the shoes of famous women might be like. We love this book because not only does it feature fun fashions and the most amazing shoe collection, but it takes you through an educational journey highlighting famous, fearless, powerful women in history. (Think Serena Williams, Frida Kahlo, Cleopatra and Lady Gaga!) It is all about girl power and who doesn’t love that!
